"Wow... What a treat! A hidden local gem, a little out of the touristy path. Full of locals (good sign), I guess that we were the only tourists there. The food was simply amazing - antipasti, mains, even the fish (that I hardly eat in general), the service super attentive (hawk style) you don't have to wait for nothing. The owner was friendly and hospitable, and so was all the staff. Tip: phone them and make a reservation, the place is packed. That's what we did and managed to get the last table for the evening."
"Excellent. This was beyond our expectations. We had octopuses and fish dishes. Very delicious and surprisingly much. A huge recommendation"
"We went there today for lunch and we had amazing food . Mediterranean tastes and Sicilian wine with a combination of smoked salmon starter and a great staff service was a great experience in Palermo. The prices are reasonable and you are in the heart of the city surrounded by a impressive Italian culture vibe."
"We walked in super late with no reservations and the son of the owner seated us in, the father took our order, a young lady served us food and the mother cleaned our table. All 4 was working the restaurant like clockwork. We were amazed! The ambience was great, the food was excellent and the price was reasonable. We came out well fed, content and just like in a happy home, left to go wondering the city again happy and energized. For a party of 3 with 2 glasses of wine, a soda for my daughter, appetizer (mussel soup - it was so good I forgot the take a photo. Only when we finished it ), 2 steak plates and a mussel soup pasta we paid 77 euros. I think this is a reasonable price. 10/10 in our book."
"This time I have to give a four stars overall rating because. The waitress service was responsive and good, but too rush, owner not so welcoming and friendly. I ordered two foods, primi with pasta seafood and secondi with totano - For the taste, I have to give 3 stars rating - Fresh ingredients but nothing special about the taste, and the totano a bit hard (rubber texture) with bitter after-taste - And I am a 7 stars Google Reviewer, so believe me, I know what taste is all about. The things I really like is the place, super strategic location beside the main Piazza, easy to get, elegant, and typical Italian trattoria - Lovely ambience. Price is Ok conaidering a city centre restaurant. My photos shall explain my experiences."
"This restaurant was an absolute surprise! We walked in without a reservation, the staff was kind and seated us with a smile. The restaurant has a good and relaxed atmosphere. We ate tomato and mozarella, pasta norma, pasta with Sicilian pesto, and tiramisu. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious!"
"The best restaurant in Palermo discovered it on our second day in Palermo and our rest 5 days this Restaurant was our favourite spot Everything that my Husband and I eat was mouth watering . The Food ,service , excellent. any extra wishes will be considered by the Staff . Best to book a Table when you are more than 2 persons"
"We chose this restaurant for dinner for two. We ordered two pastas and wine. The first pasta was quite tasty, but the pasta with clams was mediocre. Would I come back here again? Not sure because the previous evening we had tasted better pasta in one of the restaurants in Palermo."
